April 21, 2010 > Newark Memorial High School fundraiser Newark Memorial High School fundraiser Submitted By Tim Hess On Sunday, April 25, the Newark Memorial High School athletic department is participating in a "Drive One 4UR School" event at Fremont Ford in Newark. For every test-drive taken that day, Ford will pay the school $20. Our goal is to get 300 test drives in so we can make $6,000! Drivers can expect to be at Fremont Ford about 45 minutes. They will fill out a waiver, take a 10-minute test drive, and complete a survey. There will not be any high-pressure sales pitch! There are six vehicles to choose from: Fusion Hybrid, Focus, Edge, Mustang, Taurus and Escape Hybrid. We need your help and participation with this fundraising effort.
