Kelly Musgrove, Union City PD Photos By courtesy of Union City Police Department On Wednesday, March 24, the Union City Police Department was contacted by an adult victim of rape who had the courage to seek help from law enforcement. This crime occurred multiple times over a four month period by a suspect who is known to the victim. The address where the crime occurred is being withheld in order to protect the victim's identity. Investigators were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Rashpal Singh (D.O.B. 04/05/1971) for the crime of rape. This felony warrant has a $100,000 bail and the department is seeking assistance from the community in order to locate the suspect.
