Drop-in yoga classes at sports center

Yoga helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance and overall calmness. Milpitas Sports Center offers a wide range of yoga classes including Yogalates, Beginning Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Fitness Integrated Yoga, Cardio and Prenatal Yoga. All fitness levels are welcome.
Classes are available Monday - Saturday with various time offerings. Reasonable drop-in rates, visit passes and memberships are available to meet individual needs.
