On Tuesday, March 2 at about 1358 hours an Officer's attention was drawn to a vehicle parked in a handicap stall at the City of Milpitas Sports Complex at 1325 East Calaveras Boulevard. Officer stopped to issue the driver, who was identified as Trevor Hall, a citation. He searched Hall's vehicle, and found a camera and GPS device. A computer check revealed that the GPS device had been stolen in a residential burglary that occurred at 400(b) Curtner Drive, on Tuesday, February 23. The officers were able to verify the items were stolen.
Officers searched Trevor Hall's residence and located an additional item stolen from the burglary on Curtner Drive. The suspect was booked at the Santa Clara County jail for possession of stolen property. Trevor Hall is a Milpitas resident and resides on Smithwood Street.
