Attempted Homicide in Union City

On Saturday, February 6 at 0054 hours, Union City Police Department received a "911" call from 33558 Fourth Street. There was a report that gunshots had been fired and two victims were injured. When officers arrived they found two adult males with gunshot wounds. Both victims received emergency medical aid from paramedics and were later transported to a local area hospital. The first victim, a 21 year old male, who resides in Union City, has life threatening injuries. The second victim, a 33 year old male, who resides in Union City, is expected to recover from his injuries.
During the initial investigation, witnesses described an unknown white sedan was seen leaving the area of the shooting incident at a high rate of speed.
