If you have recently retired, are an experienced business executive, or have owned your own successful business, then this may be your opportunity to give back to the business community. SCORE has been an outstanding source of free, confidential, real-world business advice to help build small businesses, from idea to start-up to success, for over 45 years. The SCORE organization has over 12,400 counselors nation-wide, serves over 360 communities, and helps create over 20,000 new businesses and 25,000 jobs annually. The East Bay Chapter of SCORE has openings for volunteer business counselors in the Fremont and Newark Chambers of Commence.
