Milpitas Sports Center offers two new classes

Salsa Dance Starting February 16, Salsa classes will be available on Tuesday evenings from 6:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. The energetic Salsa dancing class is easy and fun to learn. This dance style can also be adapted to many types of music other than Latin, so students can use it on any dance floor. Come alone or bring a partner.
Cardio Yoga Starting February 19, cardio yoga classes will be available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. Cardio yoga is a fast-flowing yoga practice providing a cardiovascular workout in addition to full-body stretching. It helps increase flexibility, strength, agility and detoxifies.
Reasonable drop-in rates, visit passes and memberships are available to meet individual needs for both programs.
