Consent Calendar Approve close out of capital projects either completed or "defunded." Remaining funds are to be transferred to Budget Uncertainty Reserve, Fire Station #3 and contingency funds for other projects. Net balances of the close-out list total $3,345,126.
Approve execution of FY 2009/10 "services as needed" contract with Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services provided by Youth and Family Services. Funded programs include school site counseling services, Infant toddler program, Youth Service Center and Truancy Intervention and Probation Youth Program.
Scheduled Items Appeal of Denial by Planning Commission of Wang Family subdivision at 46953 Ocotillo Ct. Council discussion and vote at last council meeting upheld denial of application. Recommended action to deny the project. (Suzanne Lee Chan recused from voting)
Grimmer Boulevard greenbelt Phase 1 contract award to Gallagher & Burk, Inc. in the amount of $1,018,419. Bid of lowest monetary contract (C.F. Archibald Paving) rejected due to irregularities in completion of bid forms.
Adopt legislative and funding priorities. Staff recommendations accepted with the addition of "quiet zones" (Harrison) and support of incentives for land use compliance (Natarajan).
