Newark gas station robbed

Suspect Description: Two African American Adults 20-25 years of age, wearing dark clothing, hoodie type sweatshirts, and faces covered with masks. One suspect was about 5'-9" while the other was 6'-0" tall. Both armed with handguns.
Suspect Vehicle: Newer Toyota Camry 4dr tan (two other subjects waiting in the vehicle)
Description: Newark Police Department Officers respond to a call of a robbery that occurred at the A&S gas station located at 7275 Thornton Ave (Corner of Thornton Ave. & Sycamore St.). The suspects entered the station pointed handguns at the clerk and obtained an unknown amount of cash. As the suspects fled the store, they stopped and robbed the smog/auto repair shop that is also housed on premise. No shots were fired, no injuries, or leads at this time. Suspects fled on foot to the above listed vehicle that was parked and awaiting their return on Magnolia St. The vehicle fled east on Dairy Ave. Surrounding law enforcement agencies were notified of the incident/suspect description. The suspects and vehicle are still outstanding.
