Exhibit of paintings and drawings
Studio 820 is a company of artists led by artist and teacher, Monica Satterthwaite that exhibit their work throughout the Bay Area. Satterthwaite also teaches classes at the San Lorenzo Adult School; her art students are having their 9th Annual Exhibit of Paintings and Drawings at the Alameda Museum through February 26.
Featured student artwork includes watercolors, pen and ink, pastel, colored pencil, pencil and acrylics. The show will include all original works in these various media. Framed, matted works, greeting cards and bookmarks will be on sale.
Monica Satterthwaite teaches a watercolor class on Monday mornings. In the afternoon she holds a workshop where artists may work in any medium they wish. On Thursday mornings she has a class in drawing with pencil, colored pencil, pen and ink and pastel.
