The deadline for receipt of completed applications is Monday, January 11, 2010 at 5 p.m. To be eligible, completed applications and necessary budget documents must be submitted to the City Manager's Office at 455 East Calaveras Boulevard by the aforementioned deadline. Application packets can be obtained from Milpitas Community Center, Milpitas Sports Center, Milpitas Senior Center, Milpitas Library or the City of Milpitas website, www.ci.milpitas.ca.gov.
