GROCO sponsors education luncheon

Greenstein Rogoff Olsen & Co is pleased to announce that they are a sponsor of The BizWorld Foundation Riskmaster Award and Education Luncheon. This event attended by many of the Bay Area's leading CEOs and Silicon Valley venture capitalists will be held on Thursday, December 10th at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco.

The BizWorld Foundation's mission is to challenge and engage children across the cultural and economic spectrum through experiential learning programs that teach the basics of business, entrepreneurship and money management and promote teamwork and leadership in the classroom. To date, BizWorld's programs have reached over 240,000 children all around the world.

GROCO's Managing Partner, Alan L. Olsen, pointed to GROCO's long history of sponsoring youth leadership organizations. He stated, "These young people will be tomorrow's leaders."

Steve Singer, a GROCO Partner, sits on the National Board of Directors for The BizWorld Foundation. He said, "GROCO is pleased to be a Bizworld sponsor again this year. We enjoy being involved with programs, such as this, that teach children about entrepreneurship and important financial skills.

Elon Musk, Chairman and CEO of Tesla Motors will be honored with the Riskmaster Award at the luncheon. He will be joined by Tim Draper, Founder and Chairman and Founder of The BizWorld Foundation and Managing Director of Draper, Fisher, Jurvetson. The afternoon will feature BizKids who will showcase their marketing commercials and entrepreneurial skills.
