November 25, 2009 > A Holiday Madrigal A Holiday Madrigal Please join Stage 1 Theatre in a costumed romp with The Queen's Court, including the Major Domo, Mistress of the Court, Court Jesters, Lords and Ladies, A Brass Choir and Pesky Beggars. They will be reviving the "Harmony Players" madrigal, an afternoon tea with the Queen's court. Festivities will include games (be prepared to participate), music by the Court Singers and Brass Choir, A Wassail Toast, four courses of delicious hors d'oeuvres, and dessert served in the style of the royal court of Good Queen Bess. Celebrate the holiday season with a journey back in time. Reservations must be made no later than Monday, November 30.
