Council Matters A vacancy on the Senior Citizen Standing Advisory Committee was declared following the passing of Committee Member Floyd Seymour whose term was scheduled to expire in April 2011. Council approved the posting of a vacancy notice for at least ten days before the Mayor may make a new appointment.
