Interested in decreasing stress and increasing your energy levels? Come out to the Hayward Main Library on Saturday, October 10 at 3 p.m. to participate in a free Breath Yoga workshop. In the class, participants will learn how to breathe in order to reach a serene, calm state of mind. You will come out of class feeling refreshed and relaxed and equipped with the skills to enjoy life more.
