Submitted By Gertrude Rooshan
Should you rent or own a property? Learn about the advantages and considerations of each in today's real estate market:
Affordability of ownership Finding a lender in today's market Loan programs for first time buyers Does the housing stimulus package apply to you? Should you buy a foreclosure?
This seminar will help you evaluate the differences between owning and renting a property, and how today's real estate market may influence your decision. There will be a question and answer period at the end of the program.
This seminar is sponsored by the Alameda County Library and the Fremont Chamber of Commerce. The event is free to attendees.
