Winning Workplaces is a non-profit that provides consulting, training and information to help small and midsize organizations create great workplaces. Small workplaces were defined as independent companies with under $200 million in revenues and fewer than 500 employees. Nominees were drawn from a broad spectrum of industries and included private, non-profit and publicly-held organizations. The firm's ability to develop strong, long-lasting partnerships with customers, sales representatives, strategic suppliers and employees accounts for its success.
