Letter to the Editor: Time for 'new blood' in Washington, D.C.
When Representative Stark was holding a town meeting in his district, he made the comment "I do not live in California anymore. The last two years I have lived in the State of Virginia because their taxes are lower." His wife's parents live in San Leandro and I guess that makes him a resident. He has done this for two years and still gets re-elected. Maybe Mr. Stark has been in Congress too long and has forgotten his duties to the people who elected him. Maybe it is time for him to step down and get some new blood in Washington D. C.
