Kadaja Special trains will explore the secrets of wine tasting, food and wine pairing. Patrons will sample wines from over 30 different selections from six local winery vineyards, while enjoying a relaxing trip along the railroad. Bring home moments of memories and a collectable commemorative wine glass with a special buffet tray. Passengers must be age 21 or older. Tickets are available at $37.50 per person. These special two-hour roundtrips will run for five weeks, beginning each Sunday from August 9 through September 6. Passenger boarding will begin at 3 p.m. at the Sunol Depot. Advance reservations are required. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ncry.org. Proceeds support Niles Canyon Railway preservation activities. Summer Fun Train departs on August 6, from Sunol and also on August 13, from Niles. Each day, the trains will depart at 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Tickets are $5 person.
