Enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with CTPG to move forward with a plan to raise capital and create local organizational partnerships; to solicit and encourage representation of fine arts organizations on CTPG Board of Directors. Purchase and CTPG organizational development will progress on separate tracks to ensure efficient and expeditious attainment of theater redevelopment objectives.
