With over 1,200 swimmers tallying points for their respective team, only one could be the victor. After the nine hours of heats, the final standings saw the Mission Valley Barracudas (4566.5) eking out a first place over the next closest competitor in the Newark Bluefins (4512.5). San Leandro Drowning Darryls (4508.5), Glenmoor Stingrays (3186.5), Chabot Marlins (2918), Kennedy Seals (2906.5), Mission Highlands Sharks (2652), Warm Springs Gators (2559.5), Treeview Dolphins (2167.5), Southgate Penguins (2121.5), Washington Manor Dolphins (1755) and Columbia Crocodiles (1421) rounded out the scores.
