July 15, 2009 > Fremont baseball team advances to Regionals Fremont baseball team advances to Regionals Submitted By Fremont Cal Ripken team Fremont Cal Ripken 12-U 60 Baseball team took the State Championship Game on Tuesday July 7, against Elk Grove, 2-1, at their home field in Fremont. Fremont Cal Ripken Team now advances onto Regionals in Easton, which begins Tuesday, July 28, and runs through Monday, August 3. Congratulations to the coaches and players, and good luck going forward. The team is managed by Ken Kalning, with coaches Steve Jespersen, Terry Robles and Adrian Arroyo. And the players who take the field are Arrick Bischofberger, Chance Urbi-Collum, Austin Robles, Travis Reid, Kenneth Kalning Jr., Adriano Arroyo, Elijah Stevenson, Jordan Laxen, Maurice Hayden, Jayleen Murray, Chris Garcia, Josh Jespersen and Vinny Wright.
