Consider project Environmental Impact Report and adopt its findings for East-West Connector (formerly known as Route 84, Option 2).

Adopt a resolution authorizing submittal of a work plan for Fiscal Year 2009/10 Measure B Paratransit Program to Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority.

Approve plans and specifications and Award construction contract for Niles Town Plaza site improvements to Star Construction, Inc., for the base bid amount of
$1,573,534.83, plus Alternate #2 for $28,237, for a total contract amount of
$1,601,771.83

Review appeal from approval of a new two-story 32,600 square foot Farwell Medical Office Building. Recommendation to deny appeal of approval by Planning Commission.

Fremont Redevelopment Agency

Listen to presentation by Center Theater Preservation Group (CTPG) and John Lind of VenueTech Management Group to create a Center for Investment in Arts. Staff to continue discussions with CTPG and review concepts and costs. A progress report is due from staff prior to August summer recess.
