May 13, 2009 > Citizen of the Year luncheon Citizen of the Year luncheon Ohlone College Foundation honors former Fremont Councilmember Steve Cho at its 2009 Citizen of the Year benefit luncheon. Since 1987, the annual award has honored individuals or organizations who have contributed to the advancement of the community. Ohlone College Newark Center will also celebrate its LEED Platinum Certification, "The Greenest College in the World," awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council.
