Grant appeal of Planning Commission denial of application for Use Permit by Haze Smoke Shop (head shop) to locate at 40675 Grimmer Blvd. in Irvington District.

Approve an 18-month extension of the Interim Zoning Ordinance of guidelines for alterations and construction of single-family homes in Glenmoor Gardens and Mission Ranch neighborhoods.

Fremont Redevelopment Agency:

A unanimous vote of approval was cast by Agency Board of Directors (same as city council members).
