This will allow setbacks to conform to the spirit of the Zoning Ordinance. A minimum five foot side yard setback will remain in place. Introduce an ordinance to mandate public hearings for Architectural and Site Plan Review projects and specify maximum allowable height limits in the MG Zoning District on a tiered basis. Authorize the City Manager to request a contract proposal from Alameda County Fire Department for protection services and City of Fremont for fee-for-service fire response services.
