Approve Local Alternative Transportation Improvement Program Project list for East-West Connector (Route 84) Project. AB 1462 sponsored by State Assembly Representative Alberto Torrico provides for use of revenue from sale of excess property originally purchased for improvements on State Route 84. A prioritized list has been created that includes Fremont's top priority projects including I-880/Route 262 (Mission Blvd.)/Warren Ave./BART accommodation project and Local Roadway Improvement (Option 2).

Preparation of Environmental Impact Report for proposed amendment to increase capitalization of Fremont Redevelopment Agency to $1.5 billion. Contract with Wagstaff & Associates for a total amount not-to-exceed $405.515 from "Contingency/Opportunity Fund."
Police Department Entertainment License Fee approval
Development Impact Fees reduced for Central Business District by 25 percent and elsewhere 10 percent. Scheduled payment of fees to be modified.
