Apply to the California Department of Housing & Community Development for $15 million from Infill Infrastructure Grant Program to construct housing in the Intermodal Station District: 155 affordable housing units and two managers' units by Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition, and 187 market-rate units by Barry Swenson Builders.
Apply for nearly $300,000 from Federal American Recovery & Reinvestment funds for up to seven replacement transit buses.

Unanimously agreed to issue Request for Proposals to install parking meters in the Station District and surrounding streets, and for parking operations and maintenance. Direct City Attorney to prepare parking district ordinance. Staff to prepare Memorandum of Understanding with BART to share revenues from the RDA's 179 spaces at BART.
