The internationally-acclaimed Harlem Ambassadors will perform at an exhibition basketball game Friday, May 1 at 7 p.m. in the Newark Memorial High School Event Center.

The team features high-flying slam dunks, dazzling ball-handling tricks, and hilarious comedy routines. The Ambassadors work with local non-profit and service organizations to raise funds and on May 1st will perform for Tri-Cities League of Volunteers and Newark Memorial High School.

Playing against the Ambassadors will be the hometown Tri-City Hoopsters - made up of men and women from the area. There is still time to join the Hoopsters team. Deadline to register is April 15. Players receive a team jersey. Player sponsors receive six VIP tickets to the game and name recognition on an event banner, in the program, in media advertising and with an announcement at the game.

Tickets are available now. Presale tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students. For ticket information or to become a player or sponsor, visit www.lov.org or call Tri-Cities League of Volunteers - LOV at (510) 793-5683.
