Plans include 301 residential units, a 17,000 square foot Civic Park and 1,200 square feet of office/commercial space. A portion of California Street (between Beacon and Walnut Avenues) would be abandoned for the development. Consider an "enhanced landscape design" alternative for Washington Boulevard/Paseo Padre Parkway Grade Separation Project. Approve staff recommendation to continue "Base Landscaping" design at this time. Consider uncodified 1-year extension to existing Building Permit applications.
