March 4, 2009 > Young Artists Faire
Any resident of the Bay Area ages 5 to 19 is eligible to participate in the Young Artists Faire which includes all forms of art (photography, painting, sculpting, etc.). The event is free of charge and each participant may submit up to two pieces of art although each entry must have its own application. Entries must be received by Wednesday, March 18th by 4 p.m. Works chosen for the show will be displayed at Paddy's Coffee (3900 Smith Street, Union City) through the month of April. There will be a reception to recognize the participating artists on Saturday, April 25, 2009. An application can be downloaded from the city website at www.ci.union-city.ca.us. All who participate will be awarded a Certificate of Participation. |
