March 4, 2009 > Gospel singing and skate concert Gospel singing and skate concert Submitted By Melanie McInerney On Sunday, March 15 at 2 p.m., the Milpitas Public Library and Spinzproductions present a free gospel concert and skate performance by Reggie Dickerson and the Flames of Fire, including the Byrd Sisters. An acclaimed Oakland-based Gospel group, the Byrd Sisters will perform their own songs, as well as works by Reggie Dickerson and Shannon Gaines. Also included will be a display of Reggie's virtuoso skating. This high energy event is sure to entertain. All ages are welcome and this program is made possible by the support of the Friends of the Milpitas Library. The library's new location is at 160 N. Main St., Milpitas.
