February 25, 2009 > Milpitas City Council Milpitas City Council Tuesday, Feb 17 Adopted a resolution approving Citation Homes Central Residential Project The Citation Residential Project consists of plans to create three parcels with ancillary lots for private streets, dedication of right-of-way for new public streets and a new public park and provision for utilities for the purpose of accommodating future residential development plans. The project includes development plans for up to 639 dwelling units to be located in three buildings and a tentative map for condominium purposes.
