The Fremont company received the award for its exemplary customer service, positive customer survey feedback, percentage of road service dispatch calls accepted, and consistent on-time arrival, among numerous other criteria. Good Sam Emergency Road Service bestowed the prestigious honor at the Annual American Towman Exposition in Baltimore, Md. "This is always a tough call to make," said Darren White, program director for Good Sam ERS. "In 2008 alone, Good Sam ERS successfully rescued over 130,000 members using our RV network of over 40,000 service providers. "Central Towing repeatedly appeared in the top tier of road service providers by maintaining a superior level of customer service, accepting a large percentage of all dispatch call requests, servicing our customers quickly and b keeping road service and towing claims costs competitive," said White.
