Four-year-old Kuvam Bhatnagar now finds swimming fun, and in just two and a half months learned floating at the Silliman Aquatic Center. "I like when Justin teaches me," said Kuvam.
"Silliman Aquatic center is a very economic and fun place to be," said Kuvam's mother, Madhurima Bhatnagar. "For Kuvam it is like a spa with heated pool, the changing rooms, washrooms with good soap and then a nice warm dryer. He was enrolled in September 2008 for the preschool swim lessons and was lucky to have the same teacher for all the three fall sessions. Justin made him more interested in water activities."
"Now under his new teacher Theresa's guidance, my child can do front float and is getting better at back float. He hopes to get a Level 3 certificate by the end of this session. As a parent I have seen all the teachers taking special interest in making swimming fun," added Bhatnagar.
The facility features a fully equipped fitness center, 13,100-square-foot gymnasium, teen activity area (complete with a game area, lounge, and computer lab), community meeting room, aerobics, dance studio, preschool room, and showers and lockers. The aquatic center has a 45x75-foot activity pool, 25-yard four-lane lap pool, 245-foot Lazy River with inner tubes, 15-person warm-water spa, waterslides, and the Otter Alley Cafe with party menu packages. |
