January 21, 2009 > Art guild field trip Art guild field trip The current exhibit at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco - Afghanistan: Treasures from the National Museum, Kabul - will be the destination for the Olive Hyde Art Guild field trip for January. These treasures, all thought to be lost, were found hidden in the Presidential Palace. Travel to the exhibit will be via BART from the Fremont station at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 22. The Asian Art Museum is an easy one block walk from the Civic Center station. The group will have lunch together in the Asian Art Museum's lunchroom.
