January 14, 2009 > Town hall meeting on emergency preparation Town hall meeting on emergency preparation By Dustin Findley Jennifer Lind appeared before the council on behalf of the Community Advisory Commission and the Emergency Preparedness Commission to personally invite the city to the town hall meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 5 at 7 p.m. in the muti-use facility at the community center. The guest speaker will be Sean Simonson, who will be addressing the community on how to respond in case of emergency. Then it will be opened for concerns, comments, "Gosh how great it is to live in Milpitas" from the community. There will also be informational tables that pertain to emergency response.
