Dinner and auction for Milpitas schools

Submitted By Rav Bains

Milpitas Unified School District is proud to host our 6th annual Crab Feed and Silent Auction. All proceeds help benefit all Milpitas Unified Schools. With the recent budget cuts and looming expenses the state faces, our schools need all the help we can give them.

The Crab Feed and Silent Auction have provided everything from simple classroom supplies to copiers and faxes, and even, for some schools, funds to upgrade their playgrounds.

We couldn't do any of this without the support of our parents, neighbors, teachers, and friends. By helping out with this great cause, you're helping to give our children a better learning environment for them to prosper. So...come and enjoy some great food and bid on some fantastic items!

Join us on Friday, January 30 for all you can eat crab! Dinner will be served between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. However, you are more than welcome to come an hour earlier and preview the fabulous items that will be up for bid. Tickets are $40, and are available through your school office.

Remember, 100% of the proceeds go back to your kids. Go get your tickets now!
