High scorers for Coach Don Queyrel's charges were Rose Thompson, 16 points, Dezzirae Cafferata, 11, and Monica Garcia, 10. Garcia also pulled down 9 rebounds. On Saturday, Nov. 15, the Lady Gladiators lost a home game to Butte College, 61-54, to drop to 1-1, while Butte improved to 3-1. Again, Chabot's top scorers were Thompson 16, Cafferata, 15, and Garcia 13. The women hoopsters are on the road for the rest of the calendar year, while playing at eight different sites including tournaments at Contra Costa, Solano and San Jose City colleges. Next home games are Friday, Jan. 2, versus Feather River; January 3 against rival Ohlone; and Wednesday, Jan. 7, versus College of San Mateo.
