Receive seven free days of fitness, table tennis, play care, Wi-Fi, unlimited access to over 45 group exercise classes per week including yoga, salsa, aerobics and more. One pass is valid per person. The coupon can be obtained online at www.IndiaCC.org. Existing members are not eligible, however. New moms who want a workout can try ICC's free childcare for 90 minutes per day. The kids enjoy crafts, games and stories, so the parent can focus on the workout. This childcare is for ages 3 months to 12 years and is available only to members and guests who are using the Fitness Center.

"ICC has a dedicated Yoga studio now that is specifically designed for all our yoga classes," said Neha Kothari, Marketing Manager, India Community Center. "We do offer prenatal yoga whenever we have the required number of registrations. Through all of our gentle yoga and meditation yoga class instructors will accept pregnant women for their classes and work with them to adapt postures for safe practice." Cardio training equipment with personalized TV screens provide a window to national and international Indian channels.
