The kids enjoy crafts, games and stories, so the parent can focus on the workout. This childcare is for ages 3 months to 12 years and is available only to members and guests who are using the Fitness Center.
"ICC has a dedicated Yoga studio now that is specifically designed for all our yoga classes," said Neha Kothari, Marketing Manager, India Community Center. "We do offer prenatal yoga whenever we have the required number of registrations. Through all of our gentle yoga and meditation yoga class instructors will accept pregnant women for their classes and work with them to adapt postures for safe practice."
