Smith The League of Women Voters of Fremont, Newark and Union City will be conducting forums for the 13th Congressional District on Tuesday, Aug. 19. Forums will start at 6 p.m. in the Comcast Studio, located at 555 Mowry Ave., about a half mile from Mission Boulevard. The first Forum will be the 13th Congressional District with Representative Pete Stark and his challenger Raymond Chui; second will be the Alameda County Transit Board with candidates H.E. Christian Peoples and Joyce Roy; and the final Forum of the evening will be Alameda County Superior Judge candidates Dennis Hayashi and Phillip Daly.
