June 4, 2008 > Salvation Army Breakfast Salvation Army Breakfast Submitted By Tom Federico We are holding our 4th Annual Salvation Army Breakfast on June 7, 2008 at Beck's Steak & Seafood on 36665 Cedar Blvd. in Newark. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children. This includes pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice and coffee - a very nice meal in a very nice location. One hundred percent of the proceeds benefit disadvantaged yet deserving children in our Tri-City area. This year, in addition to taking 100 children shopping at Mervyn's for clothes and giving them a backpack loaded with school supplies, we are giving away 30 bicycles with helmets and locks. Breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Thank you for supporting this very worthy project.
