Pancake breakfast supports Back-To-School shopping spree

Mark your calendars: on Saturday, June 7. The Salvation Army Tri-Cities Corps Community Center will host its 4th Annual Pancake Breakfast. The Pancake Breakfast will run from 8 -11a.m. at Beck's Steak & Seafood Restaurant, 36665 Cedar Blvd in Newark. Tickets can be purchased at the door for just $10 for adults & $6 for children ages 0-12.

Proceeds from the Pancake Breakfast will support The Salvation Army & Mervyn's annual back-to-school shopping spree for disadvantaged children in the Tri-Cities community. On Saturday, July 19, 100 children will shop for brand new clothing, shoes, backpacks and school supplies at Mervyn's in New Park Mall.
