Cindy Tafolla also netted a goal for the Icebirds, whose record improved to 6-1-1. Twelve different players have now scored for the Icebirds, the league's second-place team. Amy de Landa added two assists and Elena Strom and Ashley Campbell one each. Icebirds goalie, Lauren Youhanna, came up with three big saves, including two on breakaways, in the first half. Monica Dunn and Eva Liu had standout games on defense for the winners.
