Daniel Englese received a commendation from Mayor David Smith at the Newark City Council meeting on Thursday, April 10 for completion of all requirements for the rank of Eagle Scout. Englese, a member of Troop 197, is a Junior at Newark Memorial High School with a 4.0 grade average. |
