Job Fair
Submitted By Jason Gerdon
As workers face an uncertain economic outlook, DeVry University and The Bay Area Employment Guide have joined efforts to help those looking to protect their careers against any pending recession as well as those simply looking for a more satisfying job. Some 40 employers, including the San Francisco Police Department, U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Postal Service and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) will be on hand searching for qualified job candidates at this event. The job fair will offer various seminars, such as "How to Finance Your Education" and "Returning Back to School as an Adult Learner." Similar job fairs attract between 400-600 job seekers, so early arrival is encouraged. Job Fair Tuesday, May 6 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. DeVry University - San Jose Campus 2160 Lundy Avenue, Suite 250, San Jose 510-632-8252 x222 dana.keys@employmentguide.com. |
