April 16, 2008 > Free hearing test Free hearing test The City of Union City Leisure Services Department Senior Program presents the California Telephone Access Program on Friday, April 18, from 9 a.m. - noon at the Ruggieri Senior Center. Hearing testing by audiologist John Keeler of Miracle Ear and Dr. Rebecca Kelly of Cal State University East Bay will be available. Casey Kho from California Telephone Access Program will be giving a presentation. If you qualify for a free telephone, you will be trained to use it and the equipment tested.
