New classes by an amazing artist

Submitted By Lucinda Bender

If you like to save money and have fun with your creativity then you will be interested in classes presented by Carine Soriano. A passionate woman who loves to teach, she believes humans are born to learn, and takes pleasure in seeing the cheerful faces of her students when they complete their projects.

Soriano learned French picture framing techniques in Paris between 2001 and 2003. In 2003, she moved to Canada and taught French to members of the Canadian government. After teaching picture framing to friends who encouraged her to pursue her passion for teaching, she began to offer classes to others. In 2006, she began her journey as a private teacher and conducted classes at the Aylmer art's council in Canada. During the fall of 2006, she relocated to California and has taught ever since.

While teaching picture framing, students inquired about her unique scrap-booking technique. Due to the overwhelming interest; Soriano added scrap-booking to her class schedule. Classes are offered Mondays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

European Picture Framing Class students will learn to mat four projects over the course of four sessions. Classes are offered Mondays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
