Free CPR training

The American Red Cross is offering free CPR training in eight Bay Area counties at 12 locations on Saturday, March 8. Register today and learn life-saving skills that will better prepare you and your family for emergencies. Classes will be offered in English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and American Sign Language at various locations. The training will take about four or five hours to complete.
All sites are wheelchair Accessible. ASL interpreters will be available at the San Francisco and Alameda County English speaking locations. Materials in large print will be available at all sites. Providing at least seven days advance notice will help to ensure availability.
Attendees will receive a free home earthquake kit and learn adult CPR, care for choking victims, and preparation for disasters. After successfully completing a written and hands-on skills test, participants will receive an American Red Cross certificate for adult CPR (good for one year).
