February 20, 2008 > Cat day event Cat day event Submitted By Jennifer Wargo Perfect Cat Rescue is holding a "Spay Day" event at the NewPark Mall in Newark on Sunday, Feb. 24, from noon - 4 p.m. There will be cats and kittens for adoption, t-shirts for sale, and cat trees to be raffled off. Additionally, we're teaming up with four local area veterinarians and offering $10 cat neuters from Valentine's Day through St. Patrick's Day for low income residents.
